From February 25th to 28th, 2025 local time, the 20th Russian International Exhibition for Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, Industrial and Commercial Refrigeration Exhibition (Climate World) was grandly held at the IEC Expocentre in Moscow. Nearly a hundred Chinese enterprises formed groups and flew to Russia to participate and expand their markets in Asia and Europe.

The Russian Climate World Expo is the largest and most professional HVACR industry exhibition in Russia. Since its first event in 2005, the Russian Climate World has gathered representatives of all mainstream HVACR enterprises, enabling enterprises to respond promptly and effectively to the complex challenges in the HVACR market.

This exhibition also received support from Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russia Federation. At the same time, it also received support from numerous industry associations: the Russian Association of Climate Industry Professionals (APIC), the Russian Association of Refrigeration and Freezing (RSHP), AVOK NP, the Turkish HVAC-R Exporters Association (ISIB), and the Union of Purchasing Centers of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan.

Over 250 exhibitors gathered at the Russian Climate World Expo

This year’s exhibition was bustling with people, attracting more than 250 brand exhibitors from various countries and regions including China, Turkey, Uzbekistan, France, Slovenia, Italy, India, Belarus, etc. Among them were: BREEZ, ICG, Elitech, KTC, Breezart, TURKOV, ZIP, SARBUZ, REFKAR, APP, BN:LL, METEOCKOH, PECTOP AHTION, POBeh, PYCCKNE, PИAAH, systeme electric, as well as nearly 100 Chinese enterprises such as BOBO, Hua Guang Welding, Conloon, Wanzhao, BINGFENG etc. Among them, 70 Chinese enterprises including SIKELAN, Sanhe, Boer, Jintian, FEIRUAN, Schniro Fan, Jinyuan Hongtai, VOCKE, XINGKETAI,  Yongfeng, Shenshi, Laiding, SHENZHOU, Jinxue, Zhexue, etc. were sent to Russia by the AHP Organizing Committee. They showcased advanced technologies and products in HVAC&R industry from China to global visitors, and also explored more cooperation opportunities with international partners.

Due to the conflict between Russia and Ukraine and the limitation imposed by the US and Western countries on Russia, many European and American enterprises have abandoned the Russian market in HVAC. Chinese enterprises seized the opportunity promptly and took the lead in grabbing the market share. the Russian Climate World Expo has also become an important platform for Chinese enterprises to expand their market in Russia.

According to the latest data released by the General Administration of Customs, the trade volume between China and Russia reached a new historical high of 244.8195 billion US dollars in 2024. This indicates that the comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership between China and Russia in the new era has reached an unprecedented level and is steadily advancing towards a higher stage. Additionally, based on the market analysis for 2024, in the Russian household appliance market, the demand for air conditioners has significantly increased, and it has risen to become one of the popular products in the household appliance market.

For a long time, the AHP Organizing Committee has attached great importance to the Asian markets such as Russia, and has maintained close cooperation with the organizers of the Russian Refrigeration Exhibition for a long time. Both sides have shared resources and channels and supported each other.

This year, CLIMATE WORLD in Russia is the 6th stop of AHP 2025 Global Promotion Tour. Its aim is to comprehensively enhance the international influence of the AHP Expo and widely invite more professional Russian and European buyers to purchase at the RACC and AHP.
